Four highly conjugated laser-sensitive two-photon chromophores (9a; 9b; 9c; 9d) have been synthesized। Each chromophore has been attached to the anti-cancer drug, doxorubcin, to produce the labeled doxorubicins (12a; 12b; 12c; 12d) for imaging the biologic cellular processes. http://www.najah.edu/index.php?page=2149&l=en&extra=%26id%3D215 |
